_ POSITION OVERVIEW _

_We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team at Family Express. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving and executing various company initiatives across departments, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with the company's strategic goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with diverse teams. This is an on-site position located in Valparaiso, Indiana._

_ Key Responsibilities: _
_Plan, direct, and coordinate construction and renovation activities for company assets (store facilities, distribution centers, and offices)._
_Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and regulations at all_
_stages of construction._
_Oversee project timelines, staffing, and budget management for each phase of a construction project._
_Maintain company assets, ensuring timely resolution of equipment and facility issues._
_Develop project scopes, budgets, and specifications._
_Evaluate bids and manage blueprints and documentation._
_Regularly inspect construction progress to ensure compliance with project_
_specifications._
_Troubleshoot issues, collaborate with departments, and provide project updates._
_Promote teamwork, safety, and positive customer interactions._

_ Qualifications _
_4-year Technical Degree or Bachelor's Degree in construction science and management, engineering, architecture, business administration, or a related degree_
_Competent computer skills to effectively perform the position_
_Prior experience with blueprints, project management, and construction_
_Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Outreach Training_
_Construction Project Management certification_
_Five years of construction experience_
_Extensive knowledge of established construction and maintenance practices, procedures, and techniques as well as applicable local, state, and federal building codes and regulations._

_ Preferred Experience _
Experience with Bluebeam, CAD, and Revit
