Job Description

As Brivo’s Business Operations Analyst, reporting to the Senior Director of Business Operations, you will focus on managing and responding to legal requests, collaborating with multiple functional groups and ensuring that security due diligence requests are addressed.  

In this role you will:

  • Support the sales, product, marketing and executive teams with a wide variety of legal requests, identifying, evaluating and mitigating business risks.
  • Engage with outside counsel on processing relevant legal requests including standard contracts, NDAs, data processing addenda, and third party agreements.
  • Identify and support customers and third party vendors, collaborating with relevant stakeholders and outside counsel to align on acceptable contract terms. 
  • Manage customer cyber security diligence and audit requests regarding products, data privacy and technical controls and coordinate responses with internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in planning and launch meetings to help identify any legal dependencies that the business needs to consider.
  • Monitor and respond to customer, data subject and other 3rd party data privacy related inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in supporting or managing all aspects of preparing, revising, examining, and analyzing contract documents.
  • Knowledge of cyber security due diligence requests and responses.
  • Experience with structured compliance environments such as ISO and SOC preferred.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Candidates must be able to work from our Bethesda, MD office at least two days per week, with flexibility to work remotely the remaining days. Future requirements may evolve to align with company policies. 

The compensation package for this full-time position includes a base salary range of $65,000-$75,000. Individual compensation packages are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions.
