LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading CPG organization to identify an AI Engineer to join their team. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineer to lead the development of data applications focused on data analysis and visualization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining robust Python-based solutions for processing, analyzing and visualizing data for our client’s asset management function.

AI Engineer Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop Python-based applications for data analysis, leveraging libraries such as NumPy, GeoPandas, etc.
• Design and implement efficient algorithms and data structures for handling large volumes of data
• Collaborate with data scientists, data architect, Software developer and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop RESTful APIs for accessing data and analytical results
• Integrate data from various sources, including geospatial databases, APIs and file formats such as CSV, Shapefiles, etc.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Stay up to date with advancements in data analysis techniques and technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance the application

AI Engineer Requirements:

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, with a strong track record of developing and deploying AI solutions
• Extensive knowledge of AI algorithms, machine learning techniques and deep learning frameworks
• Proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages
• Experience with popular AI libraries and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras or Caffe
• Solid understanding of data management, data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative AI solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
